"Both Scott and Jim arrived promptly and did a room check where we discussed areas needing special attention. They moved furniture from rooms we approved and pre-treated stains in our pale carpets. Both were quick but thorough in their work and were in and out within two hours’ time. All the time, they were very pleasant, courteous, and accommodation of our dogs. My carpets looked ten years younger after they were finished. The drying time is 8-12 hours, so at ten at night the outside edges of my stairs were still wet, but the rooms were all usable. I will be using Fresh Carpets again in the future."
